Winemaker Notes: The 2021 Red Blend was meticulously blended with fruit from amazing vineyard sources throughout Paso Robles and Lodi.
Tasting Notes: A big bold red blend. The Zinfandel brings notes of strawberry jam and sweet tobacco leaf while the Petite Sirah adds notes of ripe plum tart. With big, bold flavors and a rich, lush texture, this is a wine perfectly paired with barbecue, burgers, or a rich Bolognese sauce.

Winemaker Notes: Aged sur lie for seven months in stainless steel

The full sur lie character is balanced by a refreshing, mouthwatering acidity that carries through to the flavorful, lingering finish.
varietal: 100% Pinot Noir
appellation: California
vintage: 2022
alcohol: 14.3%
ta:0.56 g/100ml
ph:3.72
Oak Aging: New French Oak for 9 months
Winemaking Notes: 2022 brought an earlier harvest with small cluster size. A bit of a heat in September moved up the harvest dates and reduced cluster weight, with outstanding overall quality. The refined phenolic development really shows through with its classically Monterey fruit profile.
Tasting Notes: Fresh aromas of cherry and raspberry are echoed by bright flavors to match. Subtle floral notes of hibiscus with a touch of white peppercorn peek through on the finish. Its bright acidity, and low tannins, make this wine go down a real treat! A great pairing for seafood or a light pasta with grilled cherry tomatoes and would be a fabulous companion to roast duck.

appellation: California (Lodi AVA)
vintage: 2022
alcohol: 14.5%
ta:0.49 g/100ml

Oak Aging: Neutral French oak barrels
Vintage Notes: Merlot grapes for the 2022 vintage were proudly sourced from Lodi Rules Sustainable Green vineyards. Crop size was smaller in 2022 due to heat spikes early in the season, however, harvest was on time and the quality was outstanding.
Tasting Notes: Easy-going aromas of black cherry and bay leaf, balanced with hints of vanilla and plum that linger just long enough after the first sip. Smooth and dry, with midweight tannins. Pair this Merlot with braised meat or barbecue and any pasta dish.

Winemaking Notes: The 2022 Chardonnay harvest was well suited to create this classically easy drinking Californian sipper, allowing the quality of the vintage to showcase itself beautifully.
Tasting Notes: This balanced and crisp Chardonnay has aromas of toasted oak, and hints of butterscotch on the nose, while its bright minerality quickly shines through on the first sip. Flavors of pineapple, crisp apple, and a beguiling acidity make this a perfect pairing for fresh oysters, grilled veggies, or roast chicken.
varietal: 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Petite Sirah
appellation: California
vintage: 2022
alcohol: 13.5%
ta:0.49 g/100ml
ph:3.96
Oak Aging: 15% in one-year-old American and French barrels. Balance in neutral barrels.
Winemaking Notes: 2022 brought dry growing conditions, temperature fluctuations and small clusters. The result was reduced yields, and more concentrated fruit.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of black cherry and raspberry are backed by hints of Herbes de Provence. Rich and expressive from first sip, this is a food friendly Cabernet Sauvignon that balances the fruit profile with earthy notes of leather and cigar box for a perfectly structured glass with broad appeal.
varietal: Pinot Noir
appellation: California
vintage: NV
alcohol: 13.5%
ta:0.65 g/L
ph:3.53
Winemaker Notes: First and foremost, this wine must taste great cold with intense fruit flavors and, as it warms up, stays in balance. Second, the wine’s tannins had to be softened. They’re still there, but they’re in a form we call “melting tannins”. They’re so soft and supple that they could be confused for the fruit flavors. Perfect for your backpack, swimming pool, ice chest or for tossing in your bag before heading to a friend’s.
Tasting Notes: Flavors and aromatics of black cherry coca cola along with notes of red raspberry, pomegranate and rhubarb pie filling. Soft and supple and kind of refreshing. It’s also a pretty serious wine and can stand up to anything put in the bottle.
