Oak Aging: New French Oak for 9 months
Vintage Notes: 2021 saw a later harvest with a smaller cluster weight. This additional hang-time, coupled with smaller fruit size, produced an impressive quality of fruit. The longer growing season with fluctuations between warm and cool temperatures developed rich concentrated flavor, color, and acidity, with soft balanced tannins.
Tasting Notes: Fragrant scents of red cherry and plum lead into fresh, bright flavors of strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate, backed by hints of star anise and clove. The soft tannins and balanced acidity provide structure and a lush, velvety texture.

Oak Aging: Neutral French oak barrels
Vintage Notes: 2021 saw dry weather and relatively mild growing conditions in the region. This produced beautiful small fruit, of very good quality and rich flavor. Blending in of another classic Bordeaux varietal, Petit Verdot, brings additional tannin and structure, along with herbal and floral notes.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of black cherry and cassis lead into big, rich flavors of plum, blackberry and dark chocolate. Firm tannins are balanced by a bright acidity and smooth texture. Pair this Merlot with burgers, barbecue and any pastas with a strong red sauce or pesto.

vintage: 2021
alcohol: 13%
ta:0.55 g/100ml

Oak Aging: 20% New French Oak
Winemaker Notes: The2021 vintage saw a late harvest with great quality fruit. All grapes were taken directly to press as whole clusters, gently pressed into tanks, cold-settled, racked as clean juice, and fermented over a two-month period at very cool temperatures. Once primary fermentation was completed, select lots of the wine went through a complete secondary fermentation to add a rich, buttery component.
Tasting Notes: The golden color in the glass hints at the bright aromas of stone fruit and golden apple, underscored by rich, toasted oak. Ripe, round tropical flavors of pineapple and mango are complimented by notes of vanilla and butter.

Vintage Notes: 2021 saw drier growing conditions, temperature fluctuations and a compressed harvest. The result was reduced yields, and more concentrated fruit.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of blackberry and raspberry are accompanied by notes of fragrant lilac and vanilla. Rich and expressive from first sip, this is a food friendly Cabernet Sauvignon that bursts with flavors of juicy plum, black cherry and strawberry, along with a hint of sweet baking spices.
varietal: Pinot Noir
appellation: California
vintage: NV
alcohol: 13.5%
ta:0.65 g/L
ph:3.53
Winemaker Notes: First and foremost, this wine must taste great cold with intense fruit flavors and, as it warms up, stays in balance. Second, the wine’s tannins had to be softened. They’re still there, but they’re in a form we call “melting tannins”. They’re so soft and supple that they could be confused for the fruit flavors. Perfect for your backpack, swimming pool, ice chest or for tossing in your bag before heading to a friend’s.
Tasting Notes: Flavors and aromatics of black cherry coca cola along with notes of red raspberry, pomegranate and rhubarb pie filling. Soft and supple and kind of refreshing. It’s also a pretty serious wine and can stand up to anything put in the bottle.
