ta:0.63 g/100ml

Oak Aging: 25% neutral French oak barrels
Vintage Notes: After a dry winter, the 2020 growing season began with mild spring temperatures. Heat spikes in the late summer contributed to hotter than average conditions throughout the state. Harvest commenced about three weeks early for the grapes in this blend and finished up in mid-October, with yields approx. 30% lower than usual. Overall, there has been excellent, intense flavor concentration in the 2020 fruit, particularly
from Paso Robles.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of black cherry and cassis lead into big, rich flavors of plum, blackberry and dark chocolate. Firm tannins are balanced by a bright acidity and smooth texture. Pair this Merlot with burgers, barbecue and any pastas with a strong red sauce or pesto.
